Estonian horse sport has long traditions, but first time during history there will be built a centre, which is meant both horse sport disciplines: trotting and riding. Estonian Horse Centre will be established to the 160 hectare area in Saku Parish, near Viljandi road and 10 kilometres from Tallinn boarder.
Unique centre will have modern stables for trotters and riding horses, two riding halls, hippodrome. For horses there will also be veterinarian clinic, spacious paddocks and various training tracks.
In addition there will be restaurant, big parking area, stables for guest horses and in the future some commercial premises.
In Estonian Horse Centre area there will established 21 small horse farms. Every farm has 2 000 square meters of outdoor area, which are designed primarily for people who want to grow their own horses and have the possibility to use centre’s training opportunities
There will also be rugby, cricket, beach volley, tennis and football fields both for training and competition in the Estonian Horse Centre territory. The list of the other sports is not final – all proposals are welcome.
Estonian Horse Centre construction works will start in the near future and new centre will hopefully be ready approximately in 2018.
